Cancelation Policy.

We do our best to protect our students’ and teachers’ time, but we completely understand that unforeseen events and emergencies come up! In order to accommodate our community, exceptions for illness and emergencies will be made on a case by case basis.

Our general policies for canceling and rescheduling a lesson are:

If you need to reschedule MORE than 24 hours before your lesson:
- Reschedule or cancel for free anytime.
FEWER than 24 hours but greater than 4 hours before your lesson:
- Reschedules within this window can make up the lesson by taking one of our group workshop classes.
- If you cancel or reschedule the lesson fewer than 4 hours before the lesson, you will be charged the full price of the lesson.

PLEASE NOTE

You must cancel or reschedule your lesson through your original confirmation email or contact our support at INFO@SiennaAcademyofMusic.com or calling/texting
(281) 407-4804. Contacting your teacher may result in duplicate charges.
If you are having any difficulty joining the room and starting your lesson, please call or text us at (281) 407-4804. We may not be able to issue a refund for technical issues if you do not contact us about the problem.

If you're not completely satisfied with your experience, we will find you a new teacher and refund your first lesson.

Welcome offers only valid for new customers. Limit 1 per customer. Customers that purchase an invalid welcome offer will be charged the full price of the package.
